ACCESSIBILITY PLAN FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Battaglia’s Marketplace is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities.

COMMUNICATION

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability.

SERVICE ANIMALS

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.

SUPPORT PERSONS

A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.

TRAINING

All staff at Battaglia’s Marketplace are trained to provide appropriate assistance and the best possible service to all customers including those with disabilities.

FEEDBACK PROCESS

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Battaglia’s Marketplace provides goods and services to people with disabilities may telephone (905-271-3994), email us ([email protected]) or speak in person to a member of the Battaglia’s Marketplace management staff.

All feedback, including complaints will be directed to Anthony Battaglia (owner).

Customers can expect a response within 7 days.
